Greek Salad Dressing

As I have further developed my love for making food over the past couple months, I have become obsessed with anything "Greek".  Throw feta cheese and kalamata olives on it, and I will most likely love it!

I took my first stab at making Greek Salad Dressing, and it turned out to be really yummy! It was great for salads and marinating meat and vegetables.

Couponing

It may be due to the fact that I don't have a job or any friends or the fact that I am a 90 year old woman in a 22 year olds body.... but I have developed a minor obsession with couponing.

I am enjoying cooking, but am finding that cooking the way I want to is expensive. Couponing allows me to cook lots of fun meals that require a lot more ingredients. This week I have gotten a little hardcore. I got Olay face wash ($6 value) and John Freida shampoo/conditioner ($14 value) for free!!!!!!

This is everything I have gotten for free (that hasn't been used) in the past 3 weeks.

TheCouponmom.com tells me all of the deals. OK, ill stop talking about this now.

On a different topic, I had two interviews this week. Neither was for something that interested me. Since today is our 'friday', I will be done applying for the week, but hopefully I get something soon.

Miss everyone!

panini love

Now that things are more organized, I have really had fun using all of the stuff we got for our wedding. One present that has been AMAZING is our panini maker. One panini recipe has been too good not to share (also, it's healthy)!

Caprese Panini

Fresh bread drizzled with olive oil and a little balsamic vinegar
2 slices of tomato
2 basil leaves
1 slice mozzarella cheese
Place it in a panini maker or skillet until the cheese melts

It sounds pretty girly, but even Eric loved it!
