I have been away from this blog for several months, and I am planning to rejuvenate this as a food blog. As any one who as ever known me will attest, I LOVE food. My love for delicious and nutritious good has really grown since Eric and I got married. He has willingly tried just about anything I have made him. He officially wins the best husband award for always being complimentary of what I make. Although, if it has spinach, I can just forget about him being nice about that... haha.
I think I will really like blogging about food and sharing all of the recipes I have found to be good. Even if no one reads this, I think it will bring me satisfaction to have an outlet for my obsession. It might also pry me away from drooling over all of the pictures on Pinterest.
Can't wait to get this adventure started!
